These terms apply to your use of NiceArrows.co.uk ("NiceArrows", "we", "us"). By using the site, you accept them.

What NiceArrows is

NiceArrows compares prices and stock for darts at UK retailers. We don't sell anything. When you follow a link to a retailer, you buy from them, on their terms, and they're responsible for your order, delivery, returns and refunds.

Prices and stock

We check retailers' prices and stock regularly, and each page shows when they were last checked. Prices and stock change, so the retailer's own site is always the final word. We work to keep everything accurate, but we can't guarantee that every price, stock level, RRP or detail is correct or up to date.

Links and commission

The site links to retailers' websites, which we don't control. Some links may earn us a commission in future, at no extra cost to you. Commission never changes the order prices are shown in.

Using the site

You may use NiceArrows for your own, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy our content or data in bulk, scrape the site, or use it in a way that harms it or other users.

Brand names, logos and product names belong to their owners. We use them only to identify products and retailers.

Our liability

We provide NiceArrows as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of the retailers' sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
