This page explains what NiceArrows.co.uk ("NiceArrows", "we", "us") collects when you use the site, and why.

What we collect

• No accounts. You don't sign up to use NiceArrows, and we don't ask for your name or email address to browse.
• Cookies. The site sets two cookies that it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects forms. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply, and for as long as we need to deal with it.

Leaving for a retailer

When you follow a link to a retailer, you're on their site, and their privacy policy applies.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@nicearrows.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

We'll update this page if what we collect changes, for example if we add analytics. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
